Seeking Soul

I’m delighted that you’re interested in Seeking Soul, a 28-day program intended to support you as you develop your own spiritual practice and delve into what is meaningful to you. Each week we’ll address a different theme:

  • What Is Spirituality
  • Meditation as Spiritual Practice
  • Other Spiritual Practices
  • Seeking Soul at Every Turn — and the Divine in Every One

We’ll experiment with different practices so you can decide for yourself what particular discipline is best for you. We’ll also look at how essential oils can enhance and deepen your practice.

The chief benefit for you is that you will be able to make an informed choice about what spiritual discipline is best suited to you and to your circumstances. I am particularly attracted to Metta (lovingkindness) meditation and prayer. But that’s just me. You might prefer gratitude. Or mindfulness.

You’ll receive support in several formats. First, there will be two eBooks: one on spiritual practice and one on using essential oils. Second, there will be daily emails inviting you to focus your attention on a topic or idea or quote. Third, there will be a Facebook group specifically for people doing this program where we can encourage and support one another.

In addition, anyone participating in this program will be entitled to a free 30-minute phone or Skype session with me. This call will be your opportunity to ask specific questions and raise individual concerns.

The cost of this Challenge is $147, but that fee is waived if you purchase through me at least $200 of essential oils. Contact me to discuss the program and the payment options.

I try to make few assumptions about you other than that you have the light of the Divine within you. “Namaste” means, roughly, “the Divine spark within me bows to the Divine spark within you.”

Namaste,

Carolyn
